299bte Terms & Conditions

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. 299bte accepts deposits exclusively via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 299bte does not accept deposits via international credit cards, wire transfers to foreign bank accounts, or cryptocurrency.

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. 299bte reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice published on the Platform.

3.3 Deposit Crediting. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to the Player's Wallet within 2–5 minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to credit, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution. 299bte is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or passport and, where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Players who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until verification is complete.

3.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that payment channel.

3.6 Withdrawal Processing Times. Verified Accounts will receive withdrawals to mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 10–30 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may extend during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or technical maintenance.

3.7 Own Funds Only. You agree to deposit only funds that you are legally entitled to use and that originate from a source in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. 299bte reserves the right to conduct additional verification and to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the origin of deposited funds.

3.8 Responsible Deposit Limits. Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings or by contacting customer support. Once a limit has been set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 299bte are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. Bets placed using bonus funds on certain games (including but not limited to live dealer games) may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements — full contribution tables are published in the relevant promotion details.

4.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. If a Player accepts a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus, the outstanding bonus balance and any associated winnings may be forfeited at 299bte's discretion.

4.4 Bonus Abuse. 299bte employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, using automated betting software, and any other strategy intended to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 299bte reserves the right to void bonus balances, void related winnings, suspend the Account, and initiate recovery of any withdrawn funds derived from abusive activity.

4.5 Seasonal and Festival Promotions. 299bte periodically offers promotional campaigns tied to Bangladeshi cultural events and sports seasons, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. These promotions are time-limited and subject to availability. 299bte reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.1 Game Providers. Games available on 299bte are supplied by independent, internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. Each game is governed by its own rules, published within the game interface. Players are encouraged to read the individual game rules before placing real-money bets.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface prior to wagering. 299bte reserves the right to apply account-level stake limits where a Player's betting patterns are identified as potentially harmful or in breach of these Terms.

5.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, all affected bets will be voided and the corresponding stake amounts returned to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be voided. 299bte is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

5.4 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to verify stake amounts and selections before confirming any bet or game action.

5.5 Sports Betting — Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA, BFF) within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the event. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, 299bte's determination will be final and binding, subject to the escalation procedure set out in Section 9.

5.6 Responsible Play Tools. Players may access session time limits, reality check reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion at any time through Account settings or by contacting 299bte customer support. We strongly encourage Players to use these tools as part of healthy, responsible gaming behaviour.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multi-player or live dealer formats.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an identified error will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider in relation to a legitimate deposit made to the Platform.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing a third party to operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party, whether for financial gain or otherwise.

7.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 299bte is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.2 299bte implements SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Your personal and financial information is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorised 299bte personnel on a need-to-know basis.

7.3 299bte will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform and fulfilling our obligations under these Terms.

8.1 299bte is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. Complex disputes — particularly those involving game outcome challenges or suspected account fraud — may require additional investigation time, of which the Player will be notified.

9.3 All disputes relating to game outcomes, settlement of bets, and account decisions will be resolved by reference to the Platform's transaction logs and game records, which are maintained by 299bte and by the relevant third-party game provider. These records constitute the authoritative source of truth for dispute resolution purposes.

9.4 Any dispute not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal complaint process may be escalated in writing to 299bte's senior management team. 299bte's final determination on any internal dispute will be communicated in writing.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.2 299bte's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

10.3 299bte does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 299bte will endeavour to publish advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

10.4 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 299bte makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of game outcome predictions, or the results that may be obtained from using the Platform.

11.1 299bte reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification displayed upon login or by email to the registered address on record, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

11.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 12.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining Wallet balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Closure by 299bte. 299bte reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or forfeit associated balances — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform and use its services terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Section 6 (Prohibited Conduct), Section 9 (Disputes), and Section 10 (Limitation of Liability) — will remain in full force and effect following closure.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fair dealing and good faith. 299bte operates as a responsible platform committed to transparent and equitable treatment of all Players.

13.2 You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before accessing the Platform.
